What is CACCT?
CACCT, or Communication for Airline Cabin Crew Training, is a specialized program designed to equip aspiring flight attendants with essential skills in aviation communication, customer service, and safety. It also enhances General English proficiency, preparing students for a successful career in the dynamic aviation industry.

Level Placement
To enroll, students must have an intermediate or higher level of English. You can either pass our free online entrance exam (no interview required) or provide an official test score from TOEFL iBT® (45-46), TOEIC® (550), IELTS (4.5), or any recognized international English language equivalency test.
Skills Learned
In the CACCT program, you will enhance your communication skills, build essential airline vocabulary and terminology, and improve your customer service abilities. You will also develop strong teamwork skills and learn effective interview techniques, all while improving your overall proficiency in General English.
Weekly Topics
The program covers a range of critical topics each week, starting with an introduction to the cabin crew role and the aviation industry. You’ll explore airline catering and food service, general airplane safety, and managing health, medical, and emergency situations onboard. The curriculum also includes airline customer service, mastering the cover letter, resume writing, job interview preparation, and concludes with mock interviews and a comprehensive review.
